Helping You Become the Best Version of You With The Mumma Movement

The Drive: What challenges have you overcome?

We have overcome some insane challenges, including being bullied for breastfeeding at work, financial troubles and maintaining friendships within and outside of work. Not many people understand what it takes to run a business, family, household and social life. Thankfully we have continued to grow through the tough times.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?

The benefits of running a family business include bringing our children to work, getting to challenge ourselves each day, and living life on my terms. Creating a business out of my passion is also really satisfying.

The downsides of owning and operating a business are just the constant responsibility and the fact that financially it can be challenging.

The mission of The Mumma Movement was to connect with all mothers; empowering them to prioritise the wellbeing of their families, from conception, through birth and beyond.

Hopes and dreams: What next?

I am in the process of launching a prenatal online program which I hope will empower even more women to feel amazing through pregnancy. I’m finishing off a book on wellness, fitness and the journey from desiring conception to actually becoming a mother.

We are growing our community of CrossFitter’s in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and always learning how to move better, coach better and be better humans.

The ultimate dream is to create a complete wellness offering to women throughout their pregnancy and into the fourth trimester.
