Whole Mama Wild

Like most things, I believe it comes down to your everyday actions. If you have ways in which you usually return to wholeness and to love, go back to them. If it’s a newer way of thinking for you, try these ideas, which have helped me to realign:

  • welcome spaciousness back into your working life by revaluing contemplation time as active work
  • begin to expand your heart space through meditation, lightness and gentle awareness so you can infuse love into everything and absorb love from everything around you
  • start each morning with a womb heart and mind breath to activate your connection and to remind yourself that all acts are done with wholeness. None of this requires dramatic shifts, just small acts of awareness and expansion. Because that’s how you make change that ripples out further than you could ever imagine.
