When the weather turns cold and daylight hours dwindle, it’s easy to blame the weather when we feel down. But according to Dr Laura Markham, finding happiness is an art form that can be nurtured – a product of our own mental, emotional and physical habits which create the body chemistry that determines our happiness level.
