When the weather turns cold and daylight hours dwindle, it’s easy to blame the weather when we feel down. But according to Dr Laura Markham, finding happiness is an art form that can be nurtured – a product of our own mental, emotional and physical habits which create the body chemistry that determines our happiness level. How wonderful that happiness is within reach for everyone. If we follow the right steps, we can teach ourselves and our children the art of happiness. You can read more on page 31.
