What’s in your chocolate milk?

THRIVING BREAKY THICKSHAKE

You will need:

  • 1 frozen banana or 1 fresh and a couple of ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp your choice of oats
  • 1 tbsp Thriving Protein Choc, or your fav flavour
  • 1 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup or Brown Rice Syrup
  • 1 tsp The Wholefood Pantry Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 cup of your preferred milk

Then:

Pop everything into a high powered blender, and give it a good wiz to combine, making sure that the chia seeds have been blended in for a smooth texture.

You can add more milk if needed.

Serves 1 adult or 2 little kids.
