Zumba Fitness
Zumba was created by Alberto Perez, a Columbian choreographer and dancer during the 1990s. It has since taken the world by storm. Zumba includes a series of fun and energetic dance workouts that are great for boosting your fitness levels, toning your muscles, and losing weight. You can join a family class together, do an online course, or enjoy many of the Zumba videos on YouTube – they are very easy to follow. The great thing about Zumba is that it’s not too serious. Even if you’re not too sure of all the moves, you’ll still want to keep dancing to the infectious rhythms.
Working out with your children can really encourage them to keep fit and healthy. Making it part of a routine will help them to continue the pattern as they grow older, prioritising good health naturally.
