Our nervous systems can settle into the most pristine quiet, or can be vibrantly buzzing. Both ‘currencies’ are information, giving detail to the fluids of the body… amniotic, blood and neural fluids, all of which that bathe this little baby in Mama’s womb. What a gift to begin to feel this currency. It is from the core of the baby heart, and lets us check-in with where things are. If we let it, it lets us feel the wider rest of where this little baby’s consciousness can move.
