Trying to juggle all the things as a busy mama in our modern society is hard enough, and with Christmas coming up, there’s even more pressure.
It’s so important to have little micro moments throughout your day to fill up your cup, ground you and lower your stress.
Here are 10 micro moment ideas:
1. Stretch/yoga session.
2. Guided meditation through an app or using a mantra such as “I am enough”.
3. Make and enjoy a delicious drink of choice – tea, coffee, smoothie, juice.
4. Massage your favorite body oil or cream into your skin.
5. Dance and sing to a song you love.

6. Do a round or 2 of tapping on something that is negatively impacting your mental health (see my IGTV for guided tappings).
7. Get outside in nature, preferably with bare feet. Tune into your senses and ground.
8. Listen to an audio book or podcast.
9. Contact someone you love and share what’s in your heart or just connect in some way.
10. Be creative. However that looks for YOU. Write, sew, make music, draw, etc.
Choose one that resonates with you, or find your own and start making it a non-negotiable part of your day!
Add more as needed.
Don’t get caught up in the timeframes. 5 minutes is fine. If you can do longer, sweet. BE 100% PRESENT as you do your ritual.
Enjoy!
