Celebrate and Honour the Changing Seasons

During this time, it is also very beneficial to enjoy particular seasonal foods. This is just another way we can become more in tune with our Earth, and our own health and balance. 

  • Fruits & Veggies:  

brussel sprouts, sweet corn, chard, carrots, pumpkin, cabbage, leeks, beetroot, potatoes, squash, apples, blackberries, figs.  

  • Meat & Seafood:  

venison, pheasant, turkey, duck, clams, crab, lobster, scallops, oysters, mussels.  

  • Herbs:  

cinnamon, dandelion, oregano, juniper, hawthorn berry, nettle, rosemary, thyme.
