Then:
Place roasted hazelnuts in a high-powered food processor and whizz until fine. Add a pinch of salt and a ¼ of the raw cacao and ¼ of the Berry Choc Chunk, whizz to combine. Add ¼ of the coconut oil and whizz to combine. Repeat, scraping down the sides until all combined. Add maple in a thin stream whilst whizzing to form a paste. (Note: If it splits, add warm water, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, with the motor running, to bring it back together). Place paste in a large mixing bowl.
Whizz almonds and seeds in a food processor until roughly chopped. Combine with almond meal, desiccated coconut and Nutella Paste.
Press mixture in a lined 20 x 20 tin or 20×10 loaf tin.
Sprinkle extra coconut on the top, cover and chill until firm.
