This series of photographs of lovely little stone footprints was crafted by Scottish photographer Iain Blake.
It is so simple, and yet so sweet: 5 little stones are added to a larger stone to form a footprint.
If you live near a river or a stony beach, why not take your kids down and see what you can create? You could try animal footprints too – wild cats, elephants, wolves…
Leaving them there for someone to find will add a little magic to someone else’s day!
