You see our children are connected to all of themselves, that is why they can touch and allow pure joy to radiate from every pore of themselves. That is why they can connect as deeply to a worm as they do to the kind neighbour who smiles at them every day.
They can do it because THEY ARE WHOLE.
The last few years I have been releasing and healing numerous traumas, and each time something has returned home, a piece of me locked up in ice, frozen in time, has been thawed. It takes time, patience and enough self-love to keep going.
Each time I feel I cannot do it, I am reminded of the why by my son.
So does your child for every day they look at you with absolute love. They see your beauty, your divine self and they acknowledge it every moment of every day.
Our job is to come back to that place inside. Why is it so important now that we do? The gaseous ring around this planet, known as the pandemic and its continued ripples can either be seen as the enemy and feed our traumas, or it can be seen as the spiritual bouncer, supporting us to stop and do our work on connecting to ‘all of us’.
The decision is yours. We all choose every single day, when we swerve down the road of what could the future hold for us all, to the gentle curve of I will stand in my own body today, love it, listen to it and connect to my wholeness.

There is nothing in life that has happened to you that was ever meant to disconnect you from self-love; there is nothing in your past that was meant to haunt you so much that you can’t accept a kind word or a compliment.
There is only you, pure divine love, that is you. You get there by connecting to ‘all of you’ and allowing the healing to start.
