Motivation, Inspiration & Support for your Unique Motherhood Journey

High ticket to affordable: Making quality information affordable for Mothers who want it – I did have this membership website as high ticket programs that went for 6-8 weeks each, with multiple one-on-one sessions. I found by putting it online, I can share quality information to more mothers around the world. It has been made flexible to keep women inspired, motivated, empowered and accountable for their own decisions and learning their unique qualities. With the ability to reach more women, I was able to make it much more affordable for those who really need it.

Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?

To be honest, it rarely feels balanced day by day, or in each moment. However, when you look at the bigger picture, you can see that there are ups and downs amongst the chaos. I try to look at balance within a week or month, Why? Because sometimes it’s complete chaos, some flowing, sometimes emotional, or having a great family day.

My biggest tip: Get organised. I have a calendar and planners, and write / schedule everything down in bright coloured pens.

The drive: What challenges have you overcome?

I have overcome 2 major dancing injuries, which stopped my dancing career and teaching until now and I placed 4th in Qld, and 5th in Universe with a shoulder injury in body building competitions.

My labour and birth did not go to plan and I suffered postnatal depression in motherhood.

I have also suffered from feelings of not being good enough and mental health barriers.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?

The pros to running your own business are being able to do it your way and making it fit into your lifestyle. It’s very rewarding and you do things in your time with your rules.

It terms of cons, all of the responsibility is on you and it takes lots of patience, dedication, self growth and development.

Hopes and dreams: What next?

I want to reduce the risk of postnatal depression through correct nutrition, exercise, mindset and community and I would love to reach mothers worldwide.

I want to travel around Australia in a camper, as well as buying a house and land for retreats and workshops.
