After a busy day of family life – of fun, noise, tantrums, questions and laughter – many parents find themselves sitting with something deeper: a lingering sense of overwhelm, a persistent self-doubt, or a yearning for a more connected way to raise their children. For Hannah Abouzahrah, this became the catalyst for an entirely new way of working with parents – rooted not in fixing behaviour, but in transforming the emotional and energetic foundation of family life itself.
Hannah is a Possibility Coach, Cultural Midwife and mother based in Aotearoa (New Zealand). Through her own raw and deeply personal experiences – including three miscarriages, a profound journey into intuition, and the freebirth of her daughter – she found her calling: to support parents not with advice or quick fixes, but with courageous, life-changing inner work.
Her unique coaching approach helps parents to reconnect with themselves, take radical responsibility for their emotional world, and ultimately show up with more presence, clarity and love in their families.

Hannah’s Inspiration
Hannah’s path to Possibility Coaching began in one of the most vulnerable places: loss.
Full of curiosity and questions that conventional systems couldn’t answer, Hannah stumbled across a library book titled Intuition: Interdisciplinary Perspectives. The final two chapters on midwifery stories captivated her and prompted a search for her own intuition.
After three miscarriages – each deeply different in experience – she found herself empowered and reconnected to her inner knowing and body wisdom. It was this journey that led her to freebirth her daughter, Evelyn, at Tui community at the top of the South Island, New Zealand, grounded in presence and trust.
This experience was pivotal in inspiring her to hold space for women and parents during some of the most powerful transitions life can offer.

What Is Possibility Coaching?
At its heart, Possibility Coaching is a space where parents can explore their inner landscape: the stories they carry, the emotional patterns they inherited and the hidden beliefs that shape their parenting. Unlike traditional parenting coaching, which often focuses on behaviour management or strategies, this work dives deeper – into healing, emotional integration and authentic self-expression.
Through her offerings, Hannah invites parents into spaces where they can feel seen, supported and transformed:
- 20-minute Clarity Call: A free introductory conversation to explore whether coaching is a good fit.
- Parenting Coaching Sessions: Together, we explore your daily challenges and gifts as a parent, developing new tools and awareness to meet your child – and yourself – with more clarity, patience and power.
- Pregnancy & Birth Guidance: Emotional and energetic preparation for birth, transformation and beyond.
- Miscarriage Integration: Honouring what was, reclaiming what is.
- For Future Parents: Conscious Pregnancy: Before conception – a space to prepare your inner soil.
These sessions support a range of parents, from those dealing with overwhelm or emotional exhaustion, to those navigating grief, identity shifts or major life transitions. The sessions allow parents to show up differently – for their children and themselves.
