The healing power of reiki: For body, mind and soul

Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?

I have an absolutely wonderful network of other parents, babysitters and caregivers who help me endlessly. As I have young children, I am currently very restricted in term of times I can offer to clients. I thank the village network for helping out with my children – it all falls into place when it is meant to be.

The drive: What challenges have you overcome?

I have personal challenges – like everyone else. The main challenge is that I need to believe in myself and my ability to manage all aspects of my life. Because of my work, I am definitely ‘in the clouds’. In this space where time doesn’t exist, I find I am constantly trying to stay ‘on time’. This is a work in progress.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?

Having to keep the house tidy is a con for me! People are drawn to positive energy and I find that my children in particular LOVE my reiki room! When I have no clients the children are more than likely relaxing/messing up the room!

Hopes and dreams: What next?

I have so many! I am in the early stages of learning how to test for allergies and plan to incorporate this into my practice, as well as hypnotherapy by the end of 2020. I hope to travel and be a student under the tuition of great minds in the future so I can keep growing and offering love and light to others.
