A Spiritual Approach to Motherhood and Connection

Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?

This is such a big one – and honestly, still a work in progress. My children are my greatest teachers and my highest priority. Parenting consciously and doing my own inner work takes time and energy. Both of my children are sensitive, each in their own way. Holding space for their emotional needs requires deep presence and constant self-reflection.

Regaining energy and balance following burnout meant creating alone time, healing internal beliefs and softening my inner critic. Now, I homeschool my son (and will my daughter too). With the support from my partner and parents, I am able to be flexible and combine my healing work with homeschooling. Supporting other mothers and children deeply fills my cup and gives me more to offer my own family.

The drive: What challenges have you overcome?

My personal healing journey to get to where I am now has been challenging. My biggest challenges have always been internal. Before becoming a mother, I had to rebuild my self-worth and ability to hold myself. Since becoming a mother, I have done deep inner child healing. My son, in many ways, mirrors my emotional sensitivity. Supporting him and holding space for his emotions pushed me to heal layers of myself and learn to hold my own inner little girl.

Imposter syndrome still creeps in. The “I’m not good enough” voice. The fear of being seen. But each time it rises, I return to trust – trust in the process, in the souls I am here to serve, and in the divine timing of it all and in my innate worth.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?

I am so grateful I can do the work I love in a way that supports my family and honours our rhythm of homeschooling. I know my children are only little once and I want to be fully present for this season of life while still holding space for others.

The downside is the juggle – it is all on me to manage the business while raising and guiding my children. But this path feels right. And I trust that there will be more time for growth in my business in the future.

Hopes and dreams: What next?

My vision is to support many more mothers on their sacred spiritual journey into motherhood, helping them to connect with the soul of their child and ease the transition for the soul and mother into this life through Spirit Baby communication, spiritual energy healing, muscle testing, emotion release and intuitive guidance. I feel called to create offerings that combine communication tools including Spirit Baby Communication, baby sign language, telepathy and interpreting baby cries to help mothers truly hear their children from the start – along with ways to support highly sensitive babies and children.

I offer healing for colicky babies, sensitive babies and children and souls that find it hard to assimilate to the denser Earth energy. Many behavioural issues, fears, nightmares, sibling relationship challenges and sleep disruptions in older children stem from unprocessed energy, sometimes from past lives, sometimes inherited, or energy that isn’t theirs. I help families clear it, ground and reconnect.

I also offer Pleiadian Lightwork and regression sessions to help those on a spiritual path to connect more deeply with their spiritual self, creating more ease, alignment, joy and purpose in life.

But at the heart of it, on a soul level I feel deeply called to support the awakening on the New Earth in whatever capacity I can. In meditation, I see each of us around the globe, holding a spark in our heart. Every time one of us finds our connection within and ignites our light or spark, another light ‘turns on’ on the Earth grid. We will reach a point where consciousness and compassion prevails and the lights will hold the energy of love for our planet and all beings on it. The New Earth children arrive with their lights already on and assist in this collective awakening.
