The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
Definitely the famous imposter syndrome. And I know that’s a feeling a lot of people are very familiar with. So building a relationship with myself to empower the thought process of owning my own confidence has been a big challenge I’ve worked on for a long time. Now I feel very comfortable and proud of what I am doing with Little Frost & Co.
For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
The pros are definitely the freedom of having my own business, the time I get to spend with my family and how much work I will allow on myself from time to time. But the biggest positive is that I get to use my creativity every day in everything I create. The cons have to be the loneliness of having a small business and working from home. I rarely have time to go out and see people.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
My aim for the future is making Little Frost & Co as eco-friendly as possible and also expanding the range of products I offer. And it would be really amazing if I could be able to hire someone to help me with the sewing in the future, so we can offer faster turnover on production.
