The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
My biggest challenge has been trying to buy my items at good wholesale prices and trying to juggle this with being a mother, homeschooling my additional needs child and all the challenges that comes with and having a toddler.
They’re the challenges and also the drive though to help provide postpartum mothers.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
The pros are that I get to be home with my children and help and support postpartum mums. This is not just a business for me; it is something I love and have passion for. My love language is gifting and I love that I can be in a similar space.
The cons are trying to juggle time, and keeping up with all that is expected to be done on social platforms to get your name out there. I really struggle with the advertising side of things and coming up with content. I guess it’s the need to wear all of these hats. It will be great when I get bigger and can enlist others to help with other aspects of the business.

Hopes and dreams: What next?
I would love to add more ranges to my business like homeopathy items, make my own herbs to sell and add a range for grieving parents. I lost my baby boy in my second trimester and items like urns were crazily overpriced, so I would like to create something similar and other keepsake items that every income bracket can access.
