Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?
Balance can be hard for all working families. I am not sure I know anyone who feels like they have nailed work and family balance. I make sure I am present in whatever I am doing so when I am with my family I switch off from work. They are a big part of why I undertook this journey, so they need to come first.
The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
Starting a business is a bit like first time parenting – it is all new and you are working it out as you go, hoping you are not stuffing it up! When you are mostly working on your own and want the products to be amazing, it can be hard to step back from it at times. There can be a lot of self-doubt and over analysing everything.
Having one of the range recently selected as Finalist in the Clean + Conscious Awards 2022 helps clarify things by getting some peer validation. This was fantastic!
Hopes and dreams: What next?
I would love to expand the soda range of products, and I have lots of ideas for more great cleaning products. Watch this space!
