Coffee drinkers are selective. They say you can’t beat a good quality, freshly ground taste. As tea drinkers, we should expect the same too.
Why you should choose organic loose-leaf tea:
Chemical-free: Do you really know what is in your tea? Non-organic tea can include a surprisingly high amount of chemicals, fluoride, pesticides and more. It’s not uncommon for tea not to be washed before it is bagged or packaged, so every chemical that was used to grow the tea will often end up straight in your cup once you add the water…pretty gross, isn’t it?! Tea is one of the most popular beverages in the world, second only to water, so if it’s non-organic that’s a whole lot of chemicals to drink daily.
The taste factor: Then there is the added factor of taste to take into account. We all drink tea because it tastes nice. Try some organic loose-leaf tea and really explore the flavours. I find the difference in taste can be huge, and the nicer my tea can taste, the better.
Drinking organic loose-leaf tea takes no extra time and actually tastes better than the unhealthy alternative, so it’s a win-win in my book.
In this busy hectic world, there is nothing we need more than a bit of time to switch off and relax… and what better way to do it than with good company, some fine music on the record player, a lovely organic loose-leaf tea, and maybe some cake. I personally like to add cake in wherever I can.
I mean, who doesn’t?
