Hiba Hachem is the founder of Seed Sync, a naturopathy-led women’s health brand dedicated to supporting hormonal balance through gentle, natural practices. Inspired by her own healing journey and her work in clinic, Hiba created Seed Sync to make reproductive wellbeing more accessible for women, particularly mothers navigating the demands of modern life. Through education, handcrafted seed cycling blends and a deeply nurturing ethos, her work empowers women to reconnect with their bodies, nurture balance and trust their natural rhythms. Here, she talks to The Natural Parent Magazine about the inspiration behind her work, how she balances work and family life, and the pros and cons of running her own business.
The passion: What inspired you to set up your business?
Seed Sync was born from my own hormonal healing journey. I struggled to find natural, accessible resources and realised just how limited women’s health education can be, especially when it comes to reproductive wellbeing.
During my studies and time in clinic, I saw how many women were facing the same challenges, often feeling unheard and unsure of where to turn. I wanted to create something that offered both education and gentle, tangible support – something that would make women feel connected to their bodies again. Through naturopathy and handcrafted seed cycling blends, Seed Sync helps women nurture balance, listen to their bodies and heal naturally.

The launch: How did you start out in the beginning?
Seed Sync officially launched on November 1st, 2025, though my online naturopathy clinic had been running a few months before that. The launch of the Seed Cycling Moon Bites and the website marked a really special milestone.
From the beginning, I wanted to infuse the business with nurturing, feminine energy, so I chose to work with women-founded businesses for design and development. I collaborated with a wonderful web and product designer who helped bring my vision to life, creating branding and packaging that felt true to Seed Sync‘s spirit.

The innovation: What was the biggest breakthrough for you with your business?
The biggest breakthrough moment was seeing the finished product – the Moon Bites – in their packaging for the very first time. It suddenly felt real.
But what truly stayed with me was receiving my first order from a customer who wasn’t a family member or friend. That was the moment I realised that what I’d created was needed – that women were genuinely seeking simple, nourishing ways to support their hormones naturally. Knowing that Seed Sync could be part of that journey was deeply fulfilling.

Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?
Balance, for me, is about honouring the different seasons of life and allowing flow between them. As a busy mum, it’s easy to put everyone else first, but I’ve learned how important it is to create boundaries and fill my own cup too.
A big part of Seed Sync‘s concept was convenience. I wanted to make seed cycling simple for women who juggle work, family and everything in between. I wanted Seed Sync to feel like a helping hand, offering support in small, accessible ways.
I try to begin my mornings with something grounding – a gym session or a mindful walk – to set the tone for the day. It helps me feel accomplished, centred and ready to take on what’s ahead. Being a mum can sometimes blur the lines of identity, but carving out even 15 minutes for myself keeps me mentally healthy and reminds me of who I am beyond the daily to-do list.
