The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
There have been many challenges along the way, but learning the ropes of running a small business as the sole person behind it has probably been the biggest, and it’s something that continues to evolve.
I feel very lucky to have the support of my people in my corner who I often bounce ideas off and gain honest feedback from.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
In terms of pros, one of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing clients make meaningful progress with their health and wellbeing and watching the positive impact this can have on their families as well.
Building and running my own business has also required a significant mindset shift. Learning to step into the role of business owner and continually push beyond my comfort zone has been an important part of that growth.
As for cons, running your own business also comes with a lot happening behind the scenes. There is always something to learn, organise or improve, and as the sole person in the business, much of that responsibility sits with you. At times, it can be at the expense of family time, later nights or giving up personal time.
Over time, it becomes about finding balance and accepting that not everything can be done at once. Learning to prioritise and take things step by step has been an important part of that process.

Hopes and dreams: What next?
I have many hopes and ideas for the future of the business and would love to bring them all to life over time. For now, my next focus is continuing to expand into the online space so I can support and connect with more women and help them find clarity, feel better in their own bodies and support their families in a nourishing way.
