The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
Time and energy are our biggest hurdles. Running clinics, raising little ones and building something new on the side means we’ve had to get comfortable with progress over perfection. There have been late nights, lots of coffee and a fair bit of laughter along the way, but seeing our vision come to life makes it all worthwhile.
For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
The biggest joy is freedom – creating something that reflects who we are and what we believe in. We love connecting directly with families and seeing our work make a difference. The hardest part? Switching off! When it’s your own business, it’s always on your mind. But we wouldn’t trade it – the growth, flexibility and purpose are priceless.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
