3 MUSTS To Have In Place Before Baby Number 2, 3, 4, 5 Arrives…

2) Use your nighttime insomnia or your exercise/chore/driving time, to your advantage…

…By listening to audio books or meditations that remind you of your capabilities. Choose to imprint your psyche with guidance that strengthens your self belief and determination. Keep your own spirit thriving and your connection with self and Source strong, whilst you transition into a new stage of fullness.

3) Get your support practitioners in place.

Make a list and begin connecting with professionals who will help with your spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing during those early months postpartum. Do you have a mentor/coach/counsellor, a naturopath/homeopath, massage therapist/osteopath, an energy healer in your corner? Ready to support you through any challenges that may arise? Don’t rely on just family and friends. Assemble your wellbeing team and start building the relationship now so that when the time comes, you feel they are easily accessible when you need it most.

Adding a new member to the tribe is a big transition to any family. No matter if it’s from 1 child to 2, or 4 to 5. New challenges will present – that is inevitable. Some days you will rock the pants off your new dynamic – high fiving yourself and winking at your own reflection in the mirror. Other days you will want to curl up and hide, never to be found again.

It’s all part of the journey that is motherhood and every speck of it offers us the opportunity to expand through our limitations and grow into the woman and mother we want to be. You have the choice however, to do it with or without help. Use your voice. Use your heart. Use your mind. Vulnerably ask for what you need and be willing and open to receive it.

Put a plan in place that sets you up for success. Don’t wait for the wheels to fall off to ask for what you need – for that is a much tougher road to return from.

You’ve got this beautiful mama.

If you need support preparing for your birth, did you know I have a sacred birthing program with private Facebook group now available? I also offer one-on-one sessions to help mothers plug back into their centre of calm, grounded strength. I’d love to be your guide.

After a recent miscarriage, I was meditating on the beach in Byron Bay, Australia. Out of the stillness of my grief, ‘Mama Goddess‘ – the business, was conceived. Later that year, she was ‘born’ and launched – making it my mission to bring light, healing and empowerment to women and mothers around the world. Find more about me and the programs I offer here: WebsiteFacebookInstagram.
