Auricular therapy education, training & treatments: Driving Health & Behaviour Change, Naturally

So, what services do you offer that help parents naturally and what are the benefits?

Auricular therapy and foot reflexology help regulate bodily systems and neuromodulate brain function. Muriel Agnes calls the ears a ‘window to the brain.’ Imbalanced hormones, stubborn postpartum weight gain, poor sleep, stress, anxiety and pain have all been shown to be helped in high grade trials.

If I am treating people in person at Woodbrooke, my restful treatment space in George Cadbury’s former Georgian home in Bournville, I recommend experiencing ear acupuncture and reflexology synchronised together – a double whammy of using two microsystems together for magnified treatment effects.

I also offer bespoke online live one-to-one ear seeding programmes. Together, we devise a personalised protocol aligned to your wellness goals: weight reduction, brain fog, better sleep, less pain, and teach you how and where to place your seeds. We meet weekly for 12 weeks to review and evaluate your progress and results. You get to try out 24k gold ear seeds, diamante, pearl or Vaccaria seeds as used in traditional Chinese medicine.

What has been a challenge you have had to overcome in your business?

Juggling the demands of working in mainstream education as a Specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health Teacher (SEMH), running my business training and treating people with auricular therapy and reflexology, whilst also caring for my elderly mom, has taken its toll on my own health. I was exhausted and had little energy. Something has had to give. I left my mainstream education job in April 2025 and now work as a private Specialist SEMH Consultant in alternative education provision. I get to spend more time with my mom and develop my business in the directions that help more people.

What’s next in your business?

I’m launching a very special Ear Seeding workshop that supports parents, caregivers and their children with ADHD. It’s called MTAT Connecting Protocol as it harmonises the relationship between caregiver and child whilst supporting unwanted symptoms of ADHD in a natural, gentle and non-invasive way. Family members ear seed each other and feel more in control, as well as connected.

It teaches 4 different ear seeding protocols that may be adapted to the emotional and physiological state of the recipient. I have developed it with Canadian Dr Dave Maybee, an Auricular Medicine Expert using the German auricular system of Dr Bahr. There is a self-paced online version for those who struggle with in-person group environments.
