Be Inspired!

Gratitude, for me, is pausing to appreciate all the things and people around me. It helps me to slow down and appreciate what I have. Whenever it rains, I am grateful that the plants are getting fed and we have fresh water to drink. Whenever the sun is shining, I am grateful that the plants are growing and for the warmth the sunshine brings.

Expressing gratitude helps us in so many ways and raises your vibration to a higher frequency. You create positive energy that sparkles out from you like moonbeams and returns to you as wonderful life experiences.

You become magnetic. Good things and good people gravitate towards you because you are such a joy and delight to be around. An attitude of gratitude naturally attracts people to you as they want to be a part of your energy. They want to feel it and be surrounded by it too! Gratitude empowers you, helping you to turn problems into solutions and losses into gains. Gratitude expands your vision and allows you to see what might normally be invisible to someone with a limiting attitude or belief.

Gratitude is like a prayer. Being thankful for all that you are and all that you have is like saying “thank you” to the universe.

Gratitude is like a prayer. Being thankful for all that you are and all that you have is like saying “thank you” to the universe. Gratitude increases your flow of abundance. Noticing all the things you are grateful for on a regular basis can have an empowering effect on your entire wellbeing. Regularly, tell your children or your friends or family how grateful you are for what they do or what they help you with – this is a great place to start! Say thank you to everyone in your life for supporting you and helping you. Say “thank you” to the grocery store workers, shop assistants, teachers, the postman, your staff and your children. Let’s start by saying thank you to everyone we come into contact with. Sharing our gratitude is like a magnet and has a positive, rebounding, flow-on effect.

In the evenings when you are in bed at night, trying to sleep, but can’t because you can’t stop thinking about the events of the day or the day ahead, try to change your focus. Instead of worrying or feeling anxious, try thinking about 5 to 10 things that happened during the day that you are grateful for. Even if you have had a hellish day, you still have a roof over your head and a full tummy to be grateful for. Let’s spend as many moments as we can each and every day, being grateful for all the good things in our lives. Here is an affirmation that will help you to express your gratitude

Affirm: “I am grateful every day for the food in my tummy, the clothes on my back, my warm snuggly bed and for the roof over my head. I am so grateful.  Thank you!”
