Could Osteopathy Help Your Baby Post-Birth?

The innovation: What was the biggest breakthrough for you with your business?

Treating the whole family. For us being able to provide high quality healthcare for everyone in the family is significant, as everyone can come to the same place to get their aches and niggles sorted. We treat from infants to pregnant mums, grandmas to office workers to tradie dads – and everyone in between!

Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?

In our clinic, work-life balance is an extremely important philosophy. We want our staff to be happy and want to stay with us long term and in order to do that we have discovered that being flexible with working hours/days/times means work can better fit around your own family. That means for some people working a four-day week, for others working later in the evenings, needing to take time off over school holidays, etc. We all try and work in with each other with scheduling.

The Drive: What challenges have you overcome?

Running two business and having the staff and everything run smoothly is a daily challenge. There are multiple challenges that all business face regularly, but that’s part of owning a business.

For us, our biggest challenges are working with complex clients who may have seen a few different healthcare providers already with no luck and are wanting their pain or problem solved. These complex cases are always difficult but very rewarding.

Hopes and dreams: What next?

To continue on as we are and continue to treat our clients to the best of our ability.
