Empowering Women to Love Themselves Through Beautiful Boudoir Photography Sessions

Boudoir by Thaty

Thaty Cargnelutti is passionate about helping women see a different side to themselves: a side that they don’t always see when they look in the mirror. She understands the transition that can occur through pregnancy and after having children, where a woman might not view herself as attractive anymore, despite the amazing and beautiful woman that other people see. Her boudoir photoshoots are intimate and special, and a wonderful way to do away with insecurities and reclaim your strength and confidence. Filled with encouragement and guidance, and in a comfortable and relaxed environment, Boudoir by Thaty is more than just a photography session; it is a journey to changing the way you think and falling back in love with yourself. Here she talks to The Natural Parent Magazine about the inspiration behind her business.

The passion: What inspired you to set up your business?

After becoming a mum, I saw myself from another perspective: from the woman who loved her body to the one who couldn’t see herself as sexy anymore. It was this moment in my life that I decided to try and see myself from my husband’s eyes and I fell in love with myself again. After that, I was determined to use all my photography skills to make every woman feel the same way and make a change in their lives forever.

The launch: How did you start out in the beginning?

I started with 10 women in a collaborated busy day shoot to try my skills with the camera, helping them with poses and trying to make them feel confident. The outcome was wonderful, and I loved to hear how amazed they were when they saw their images and how it changed them.

The innovation: What was the biggest breakthrough for you with your business?

My biggest breakthrough was when I started shooting different women every week every week, from different perspectives of their lives and saw the life change for them like it was for me.

Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?

I get a lot of support from my husband and my three boys. My husband works weekdays and I work on weekends. We choose some weekends off to spend quality time together and it’s amazing to be able to work from home and stay with my boys.
