The Drive: What challenges have you overcome?
Marketing my business has been way harder than I expected! I’ve written marketing strategies for big brands; I know the psychology behind great marketing… but applying all that to yourself is a whole different ball game. There’s so much mindset work involved.
Coaching is also tricky to explain in a snappy way because it’s such a deep, personal process. It’s different for everyone, and the impact is huge – but how do you put that into a one-liner?
The good news? I’ve learned to reach out for support. And honestly, word-of-mouth has been my biggest source of new clients, which is the most rewarding kind of marketing anyway!

For Better or Worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
The cons are never really being able to switch off, not having a guaranteed pay cheque, and tax returns!
The pros are the total flexibility, working in a way that feels right, constant variety, and meeting amazing people.
Hopes and Dreams: What’s next?
I’d love to make coaching more accessible to more women – whether that’s through employer-funded programs, government funding, or group coaching at a lower price point.
I also believe we need more women in leadership. The world benefits when we have an equal number of women and men in those spaces, and coaching is such a powerful way to help women step into those roles.
