Finding that balance took a bit to dial in. Covid was also pretty challenging being in the retail market as well. We just had to adapt and do things a little bit differently!

The pros are that it’s a beautifully creative process with a lot of diversification in your day to day, and there’s time flexibility once I got well established,
In terms of cons, the buck ends with you so if something happens or a team member leaves, things can change quickly!
