The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
Starting a business after leaving my corporate life – while parenting through neurodivergence, separation and postnatal mental health challenges – wasn’t easy. I often wanted to give up. But I knew this work was needed, and mothers deserved the tools I wished I had.
Rebuilding from the inside out has been hard, meaningful and deeply rewarding – a journey dedicated to my children.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
The pros are the deep alignment with my values, the creative freedom I have and watching lives shift through this work.
As for cons, the emotional investment, the messy middle of entrepreneurship and doing it all while still being “Mum” 24/7.
But even the hard bits feel worth it when I hear from a mother who finally feels supported, seen and whole again.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
I’m expanding The Mothers Circle into a Facilitator Training pathway so that more women around the world can lead circles in their own communities. This work isn’t meant to stay small; it’s meant to ripple. I dream of seeing village-style care return, one mindful mama at a time.
