The new, transparent Lip Line Definer is applied to the outer lip line to form a delicate barrier that pampers the lips and prevents lipsticks and lip glosses from smudging and running. “At first glance, this looks like any other lip liner, but, in fact, it’s a sensational product for creating perfect lips.” says Karim Sattar, Dr. Hauschka International Make-up Artist.
