The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
The biggest challenge has been finances – leaving behind a stable job to rely on sales was a leap into the unknown. But I believe so strongly in our products and the positive impact they have that I know we’ll succeed.
Beyond that, my journey hasn’t been an easy one. When I was 33 years old and six months pregnant, my husband passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. My world changed in an instant. Navigating grief while preparing to become a mother was the hardest thing I have ever faced. But I knew I had to keep going – not just for myself, but for my little girl. That experience shaped who I am today. It gave me an unshakable resilience, a deep appreciation for health and wellbeing, and a drive to create a future that I could be proud of.
Starting my own business was another leap of faith, but compared to what I had already been through, I knew I could face any challenge. I’ve had to push beyond my comfort zone, learning everything from manufacturing to marketing. Running a business means wearing many hats, and the learning curve has been steep. But I’ve always been up for a challenge, and every obstacle has only made me more determined.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
There are many pros to running my own business. I have complete control over my schedule, I can be present for my daughter and make the most of our time together, and I have access to the best quality supplements to support the health of my loved ones.
As for cons, there is uncertainty when it comes to income and there are no guaranteed paycheques.
Despite the challenges though, I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.

Hopes and dreams: What next?
Professionally – I want to grow the business, expand our reach, and help more people access high-quality, effective supplements. We’re already stocked in natural health stores across Australia and available to wholesale distributors, but my dream is to take our brand international – to become a trusted name that families rely on for their health and wellbeing.
Personally – I dream of building my ideal home with land to grow real food, travelling the world with my wonderful partner and daughter, and creating lifelong memories. I also have a goal to hire my dad and pay him well so he can retire early – he’s worked hard his whole life, and I want to give back to him in a meaningful way.
Above all, I want to make a positive impact on the world and the people in it.
