The Drive: What challenges have you overcome?
The biggest challenge of a new business owner is “will I succeed?” There is a lot of self-doubt when starting a new business, but once you start having trust and faith in yourself that you will succeed it gives you a new sense of confidence.
For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
Pros of my own business for me is that I can fit this business around my family to a certain degree. I get to do a job every day that I love and what I put into I get back.
Cons… for me there are no major cons… yes I work hard but it’s worth it.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
My business is a relatively new business – increasing my rent roll and making sure my landlords and tenants get a fabulous service are my priorities.
