Wild Child Reunions

Free to run, climb and explore AND THEY DO…YET they learn to concentrate, sit quietly and peacefully too.

Nature fulfills developmental needs in all of us. We were created to be in untamed beautiful surroundings.

We must choose to give our children, and ourselves, an opportunity to disconnect electronically and connect to nature around and within.

It’s therapy for a struggling heart, soul, and mind. It’s a healing resin to a disconnected relationship.

Being plugged in has many benefits. I love speaking to my family and friends online. My business is primarily run remotely off-site. Our schooled and unschooled children learn so much from the internet.

We enjoy many electronic and domestic comforts, but eventually, our soul longs for a wild child nature reunion.

We all love to feel wild and free!  Accepted for who we truly are. Free to express ourselves and learn in a safe environment, to grow in resilience and peace. Emotionally healthy.

We all love to breathe easily and feel our body strengthening and truly resting. Physically healthy.

We all love to feel our minds thinking clearly, creatively, our dreams realised, disappointments released and imaginations sparked. Mentally healthy.

We all need to be connected, to belong to something nurturing, guiding, elevating, authentic, healing, and powerful. Spiritually healthy.

This is why I choose to give my children, and myself, the gift of regular untamed reunions with the wild.

Be it with hands in the soil, feet in the sand, heads underwater or beneath towering trees – our body wants to visit where our soul needs to be – wild and free.
