The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
The biggest challenge has been my own inner world. Insecurities, fear of judgment, fear of not being enough – all those limiting beliefs we tell ourselves. The shift came when I began meeting those thoughts with kindness and grace. Now, when fear shows up, I welcome it. I know it’s just a signal to move through, not something to stop for. That shift has been deeply freeing.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
The greatest gift is flexibility – being present for my family while creating something deeply meaningful. The challenge? Staying consistent and accountable, even when motivation wavers.
But that’s also part of the beauty: learning to be devoted rather than just driven.

Hopes and dreams: What next?
I’m excited to create workshops – both online and in-person – on compassionate communication, body positivity, self-love, and how the spoken word creates our reality. I’m also expanding the shop in collaboration with a Belgium-based printing company and translating my work into French and Flemish, so I can share this message with even more people in their native language.
