The passion: What inspired you to set up your business?
When I became a mum, I struggled to get out of the house to purchase gifts for my friends and family who were also having babies. I knew what I wanted to buy online but couldn’t find it and from there the business idea started.
The Launch: How did you start out in the beginning?
I mentioned my idea to my Plunket nurse who put me in touch with her husband, who had just started his website design business, and from there, NuBe was born.
The innovation: What was the biggest breakthrough for you with your business?
My website launch and my first online order.
