Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family? 

This is a tough one! Each week we try to make quality family time a priority. We find local walks and do these together. Not only do we get to spend quality time together, we are teaching our little one healthy habits. 

The drive: What challenges have you overcome? 

Getting past the fear of putting myself out there has been my biggest challenge! We don’t know what we can do unless we try! 

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business? 

Having my own business means that I (mostly) get to choose my hours, and work them around my little one.  

On the other hand, when you have your own business, it’s hard to switch off! There are also good weeks and bad weeks, with a roller-coaster of emotions – all a part of being a business owner.  

Hopes and dreams: What next? 

I’d love to grow my business online and reach/support more mums throughout New Zealand and Australia on their wellness journey!
