Helping Women Get Fitter & Stronger with Improved Energy & Confidence

The drive: What challenges have you overcome?

Well, spoken language was my first challenge. My English at that time was still a “work in progress” so I had to rely on my observations (voice, tone, hand gestures) and develop my intuition even more. Understanding also that the ongoing English/French “war” is reflected in every situation of life. The only certainty is everything in England is the opposite to what I was used in France.

Making my business a reliable income is still a work in progress, now with 2 kids to raise.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?

For me, as an intuitive person, I just felt that having my own business was the way for me to express my true self, which I wasn’t able to do in any gym. To be fair, I also have rejection of authority really rooted in me, so that doesn’t help to integrate a company. Lol.

It is hard, especially as a small business, as you are responsible for everything and must develop skills you don’t really want to do. But I see that like having kids: what you get is so much bigger and expansive than you think.

Hopes and dreams: What next?

Every postpartum woman should be checked for a diastasis recti. But also, any children with an outie tummy button and any man that suffers with back pain.

I would love to bring the Tupler technique more in reach of people and even work with the NHS to solve this taboo.

I have also launched my online studio Rise & Shine to reach more people with my approach to fitness. That is pretty exciting! Live classes, audio resources and even guest experts.
