The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
One of the challenges I have overcome is learning the technical aspects of coffee, but it’s been really interesting – researching new products that are kind to the environment and fit the current demand.
I have always been really motivated so I have to make sure I concentrate on one thing at a time – and don’t spread myself to thin.
For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
Freedom! But you have to wear all of the hats in your own business too. I also drink way too much coffee!
Hopes and dreams: What next?
