The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
One of the biggest challenges has been building a business while living a FIFO lifestyle. My partner works away for extended periods, which means I spend a large part of the year solo parenting while running and growing the business.
It’s been demanding and at times confronting, but it’s also strengthened my resilience and clarity around why I’m doing this. I wanted to create something that supports our family long-term and gives us more flexibility and stability in how we live.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
The biggest advantage is autonomy – being able to build something that aligns with my values, my family and the way I want to live. The challenge is responsibility. There’s no off switch and it requires consistency, discipline and self-leadership.
But being able to create meaningful work that fits around family life and supports others makes the effort feel incredibly worthwhile.

Hopes and dreams: What next?
My focus is on continuing to support families who want healthier homes without overwhelm or unnecessary complexity. I want to keep educating people in a way that feels grounded, practical and empowering.
My background in yachting has also made me deeply aware of how overlooked hydration can be in demanding environments, so I’m passionate about continuing to raise awareness and improve standards wherever this work takes me. Ultimately, it’s about helping people make small, sustainable changes that have a lasting impact on their health and everyday lives.
