A Soul-Led Journey to Health, Legacy & Freedom

When Lola Met Dolly

A proud Māori-Scandinavian woman in her mid-40s, a mum to four and a grandmother to two, Donna Curle’s purpose is soulful and simple: to serve others with love and integrity. Through When Lola Met Dolly, she shares the incredible benefits of hydrogen-rich Kangen water – a powerful wellness solution for new mums looking to nourish themselves and their babies. Her business also offers you a chance to work from home, nurturing your family’s wellbeing and vitality, while creating your own legacy. Here Donna talks to The Natural Parent Magazine about the inspiration behind what she does, the challenges she has overcome, and her hopes and dreams for the future.

The passion: What inspired you to set up your business?

It all started with my own health journey. I invested in a K8 Kangen machine and was blown away by the health benefits. At the time, I was already running two businesses and wasn’t looking for a new venture – but something about this path felt different.

I discovered how family-oriented this business really is, and the idea of building a legacy income I could pass down to my children or grandchildren really appealed to me too. There are so many amazing opportunities inside this business, so I made the decision to close my other two businesses and focus on When Lola met Dolly.

The launch: How did you start out in the beginning?

One of the most amazing parts of this journey was joining an academy that helps you build and launch your business in just 30 days. As someone with dyslexia, having everything laid out clearly really appealed to me and helped me so much. Absolutely everything you need is provided to you to start and own your own business from scratch. I am grateful for the ongoing growth, support and sense of community that the academy provides.

The innovation: What was the biggest breakthrough for you with your business?

My biggest breakthrough has been my personal growth. This journey has reignited my confidence, belief in myself and sense of purpose. I feel driven again – with a soul mission.

Yin and Yang: How do you balance work and family?

The beauty of this business is the location freedom; you can work from anywhere in the word. Training is given to teach automation, which allows you to set up your business to work for you and you don’t have to be anywhere near your devices!

You get what you put in, so it’s up to you as an individual to make it work.
