The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
I’ve recently moved through a deep fear of judgement around what I’m here to share with the world. I came into life through a very “by the book” birth, and for so long, I’ve felt the weight of that! Having had a tendency to follow rules, meet expectations and stay within what feels acceptable. Yet beneath that, there’s always been a rising desire to question it all – a knowing that there is another way. A more honest way. A more conscious way.
What I’ve come to see is that this fear isn’t just mine. It’s woven through my lineage, my mother, my grandmother, my great-grandmothers! A pattern of needing to be what others expect, in order to belong… to be loved… to not be abandoned.
Through working with my own birth imprints, I’ve been able to recognise this pattern, soften into it and ultimately make a different choice. A choice to stop abandoning myself. A choice to honour my voice, my truth and my passions, especially when they don’t fit the mould. And I want my children to be free of my shadows so that they can do the same.
This is the work I now feel deeply called to share. Because how we experience life, safety and ourselves begins long before we are born. If we can meet and accept all parts of ourselves first, we create the foundation to step into motherhood and parenting in a truly conscious way.
Not from conditioning… but from awareness.
Not from fear… but from self-trust.
This is how we begin to change the way we mother.
This is how we begin to change everything.
And in claiming this for myself, my message has become clear. I’m here to guide women back to themselves, to understand their imprints, their patterns and their nervous system, so they can step into motherhood consciously, rather than by default.
Everything I offer is rooted in this: supporting women to do the inner work first, so the way they birth, mother and live becomes a reflection of who they truly are… not who they were conditioned to be.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
To be honest, I never imagined I’d want to, let alone actually run my own business. But the truth is, I don’t experience Isha Soul Seed Education as a business at all. It feels like a living extension of me, a part that has longed to be seen, heard and respected. It’s my heart expressed in the world.
When I began to see it this way, my perspective shifted. The usual “pros and cons” of business – unstable income, financial risk, long hours, stress, limited resources on one side and autonomy, flexibility, passion, purpose and impacts became less relevant. What matters more is how I show up within it: how I nurture myself and how I lead and represent this work with integrity, truth and reverence.
The real challenge hasn’t been the external factors. It’s been the invitation to meet myself on every level: emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. To acknowledge and integrate the shadows of my past, rather than avoid them.
And ironically, that has become the greatest gift. Because on the other side of that work is a deeper kind of freedom – the freedom to be fully myself, not just in my business, but in every role I hold: as a mother, partner, friend, sister and daughter.

Hopes and dreams: What next?
I am currently creating a pathway into motherhood for women who feel called to mother differently. For women who are ready to break unseen patterns and step into a deeper level of awareness.
This work gently but powerfully guides them into a level of self-knowing they can’t unsee… where the natural step before pregnancy and motherhood is not preparation of the external, but an intimate understanding of themselves. Because motherhood doesn’t just create a child… it reveals you. It brings to the surface what has been carried, inherited and often left unquestioned or resolved.
The greatest gift you can give your future child is not perfection… it’s conscious awareness.
The ability to discern what is yours and what is not, so your child is free to be fully themselves – not a reflection of your past or moulded in your shadow, but an expression of their own truth.
This is an invitation to enter motherhood awake, resourced and self-led.
A new way of preparing motherhood.
A new way of becoming a mother.
Launching later this year, this offering is devoted to preparing women who will be journeying through the matrescence phase with depth, integrity and lasting transformation, so that motherhood becomes not just something you step into, but something you consciously create.
The even bigger vision is to have our birth stories written and shared with early childhood educators and primary school teachers so that they can use birth imprints as another necessary lens in their pedagogical approaches to supporting the learning and development of our children… But one thing at a time!
