What was your biggest breakthrough?
My biggest breakthrough was finding Passion.io, which is the platform on which I have been able to build my Discovery course and set the wheels of my online Music and Movement School in motion.
What is your Discovery Course?
The Light up your child Discovery course is a 4-week course. It takes the parent and child on a Music and Movement discovery. Each day there are short tutorial videos along with specific movement songs specific to your child’s age and stage of development. Through the course, parents discover how a child develops through movement and specific movement milestones that children move through. Parents also become aware of modern-day barriers which inhibit the natural progression of movement and how we can ensure children get all the moving they need.
Throughout the course parents are given a wonderful playlist of movement songs specifically chosen for their child. Parents also have access to weekly coaching calls with Abbey. Each day the course requires only a few snippets of time, (about the same amount of time it takes to check your social media pages). It is specifically designed for super busy mums and is not taxing on the brain. More… uplifting. But best of all, it creates wonderful moments with your child, that you may never have thought of.
