The Drive: What challenges have you overcome?
Learning how to make candles, building a website and understanding the art of sales, are some of the challenges I have overcome since starting Harper and Lulu. I love continually growing and learning new skills to further myself and my education.
For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
The pros far out way any of the cons. I love the flexibility I have of being my own boss. Our work-life balance is amazing. I am able to spend time with my family and friends during the day and work at night or vice versa.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
My hopes and dreams for Harper and Lulu is to grow the business so I have a bigger team and we can then expand internationally.
