The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
One challenge for me was establishing and expanding my customer base, which involves finding individuals who are interested in the products and building relationships with them. Balancing the demands of running a business with other personal and professional responsibilities was challenging and keeping up with product updates and changes, especially as the company expands its offerings.
For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
Being your own boss allows you to make decisions and have control over the direction of your business and can potentially lead to higher profits and financial stability. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and work-life balance. Running your own business gives you the opportunity to turn your passion into a career and can provide valuable learning experiences and opportunities for self-improvement.
As a business owner, you may need to invest significant time and effort into your venture, especially in the early stages, as well as taking on various responsibilities, making tough decisions, and dealing with potential setbacks.
Hopes and dreams: What next?
I am looking forward to helping out as many women/men to open their own businesses by navigating the challenges of starting and running a business, and offering guidance based on my own experiences and having additional income streams. With the experience and financial resources gained from running this business, I will invest in another business in a different industry.
