Why do we rarely actually follow through with resolutions to make more time for ourselves? Because we think we don’t have time. Well, we are here to tell you, yes you do – you need to carve out that time and grab it with both hands, for the whole family’s sake.
It can be difficult to overcome these deeply ingrained patterns of thought in your own mind. Right now, I’d say I’m making progress allocating time to myself.
