The drive: What challenges have you overcome?

Starting Seed Sync has been a journey of growth in every sense. One of the biggest challenges for me was navigating my social anxiety while having to reach out, research and connect with people in completely new industries.

I’d never developed a product before, and at times I felt completely lost, especially when trying to find the right manufacturer. It took months of calls, emails and trial-and-error to find someone who truly understood the vision and would take a small, emerging brand seriously. Many manufacturers only worked with big companies or large minimum orders, which made the process feel daunting and isolating at times.

But perseverance and belief in my mission kept me going. Finding the right fit – a partner who cared as much about quality and integrity as I did – was a major turning point and reminder of why I started.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?

The best part of running my own business is the freedom to create something meaningful, something that feels deeply aligned with my values. I love that I can pour intention into every detail and know that what I’m offering genuinely supports women. Seeing the impact Seed Sync has on someone’s health or confidence makes every challenge worth it.

The hardest part is learning when to switch off. When your business is also your passion, it’s easy to let it consume every thought. But it’s a beautiful kind of hard because it comes from love and purpose.

Hopes and dreams: What next?

I’m excited for what’s to come. This year, I’ll be introducing face-to-face consultations for local clients and exploring new flavours for our Moon Bites range.

There’s also a special new product in the works – one designed especially for new mums, to support them through the postpartum transition naturally.

My long-term vision is for Seed Sync to continue growing as a trusted space for women’s natural health – a community where women feel seen, supported and empowered to understand their bodies.
