A key concept in Hannah’s work is radical responsibility, drawn from the Possibility Management framework. This principle teaches that every person has the power – and the responsibility – to own their emotional and energetic responses, instead of blaming or suppressing them.
In a parenting context, this might mean noticing when frustration arises with a child’s behaviour, and instead of reacting or controlling, pausing to feel the deeper emotion underneath.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being present. When parents can hold space for their own feelings, they’re more able to do the same for their children – and that’s where profound change begins.
