The drive: What challenges have you overcome?
Like many small businesses, I’ve faced my fair share of challenges – juggling everything from product development to marketing, managing stock and learning how to grow the brand with limited resources. It can be overwhelming wearing so many hats, especially in the early days, but every hurdle has helped me grow and build a stronger business.

For better or worse: What are the pros and cons of running your own business?
Running my own business has been one of the most rewarding and humbling experiences of my life. I remember packing orders late at night while the kids were asleep, surrounded by boxes and sticky tape, thinking, ‘This is chaos… but it’s mine‘. The biggest pro is the freedom to create something meaningful on my own terms. I get to connect with other women, hear their stories and offer products that actually help them feel more confident. But it’s not always glamorous. There are moments of doubt, financial pressure and a never-ending to-do list. Still, every challenge has taught me something new, and seeing Erabella grow makes it all worth it.

Hopes and dreams: What next?
I’m really excited about what’s next for Erabella. I’ve poured so much love into creating products that genuinely help women feel confident, and now I’m working on expanding the range to offer even more solutions. There are a few new ideas in the pipeline – products that have been requested by our amazing customers and ones I wish existed during my own hair journey. I want Erabella to become a full haircare destination that women can trust, from growth to styling and everything in between. It’s a personal mission, and I’m just getting started.
